- started reading the courage to be disliked after it popped up in multiple of my channels independently.
- Taks about Teleology so far. Every process has a goal. Even if the consequences of the process is unwanted you still have to understand what goals the process server to change it (or at least that is my interpretation based on the book)

- Started reading Body keeps the score again
- Lots of Dr. K and healthy gamer
- Long walk with lots of ideas and a new format for exercise / notataking
